We kindly request that you complete and submit our New Client Intake Form before your first appointment with us.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation.
We understand that emergencies may happen. However, we kindly ask that appointments be rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance whenever possible. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments within 12 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee. The fee will be 50% of the reserved services or $20, whichever is greater.
Late arrivals will be treated as walk-ins, and please note we are unable to accept walk-ins within 30 minutes of closing. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you, and the same cancellation fee will apply. We will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a more suitable time. Please note that a valid credit card is required to hold your appointment, and any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.
In cases of true, unavoidable emergencies, we may consider applying all or part of the cancellation fee to future services.
Your safety is our priority. Please inform your nail professional of any medical conditions, including allergies, recent surgeries, contagious illnesses, or pregnancy, prior to your service.
For your convenience, SahLan gift cards have no expiration date. They are non-refundable and cannot be reissued if lost or damaged. You may upgrade services at your own expense.
To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, please silence your cell phones and refrain from making or receiving calls inside the salon.
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Apple pay, PayPal & Venmo. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available. In-spa credits may be offered at management’s discretion. Please address any concerns with your technician or manager before leaving the salon.
All services are non-refundable; however, we are pleased to offer a complimentary repair or redo within two weeks of your original appointment. Additionally, all nail services—except regular polish—are backed by a 14-day warranty.
