We kindly request that you complete and submit our New Client Intake Form before your first appointment with us.

ARRIVALS AND CANCELLATIONS

We understand that emergencies can arise, but we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointments at least 12 hours in advance whenever possible. Repeated cancellations without notification may result in the inability to book future services. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete any necessary preparation. Late appointments will be treated as walk-ins and please note that we may not taking walk-ins half an hour before the closing time. 

HEALTH DISCLOSURES 

For your well-being, please inform your nail professional of any medical concerns such as allergies, recent surgeries, contagious diseases, or pregnancy.

GIFT CERTIFICATES 

Gift certificates or cards must be redeemed as indicated. While they are not refundable or reissued if lost or damaged, you may choose to upgrade services.

QUIET ZONE 

To ensure a serene atmosphere for all, please silence your cell phone and refrain from making calls inside the salon. 

PAYMENTS & REFUND 

We accept cash, credit cards, and local personal checks. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided. In-spa credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Please address any concerns with your technician or manager before leaving. Gel polish is guaranteed for 14 days with a receipt; however, services with regular polish are not guaranteed. 

JUNIORS 

While we welcome families, children under 12 are only allowed in the salon if they are receiving services with their parents.

Congratulations on your full set of dip extensions! This marks the first step in your journey towards healthier nails. Dip extensions are a popular choice among our clients due to their natural feel and lightness, despite being slightly more expensive. This calcium and vitamin-fortified product promotes nail growth and protects against breakage.

Here's what to expect and how to care for your new nails:

Duration: Your dip extensions should last between 2-4 weeks, depending on your daily activities and hand washing habits.

Care: We recommend using cuticle oil, wearing gloves for heavy activities, and engaging in light to medium activities to maintain your nail enhancements.

Maintenance: After 2-3 weeks, you'll need a one-time refill. We advise against a second refill, opting instead for a removal and dip manicure on your natural nails every 3 weeks after the first refill to prevent lifting and potential nail infections.

Guarantee: Enjoy a 2-week guarantee on our work. If needed, schedule a FREE repair appointment within this period.
